Covid-19 has changed the way we do things here at the clinic. Here is what you can expect when you come for your appointment:
Arrive for your appointment 5 minutes before your appointment is to begin. You are required to wear a mask at all times when in the clinic. If you don't have a mask, or if you forget to bring one, we can provide you with one for $2. When you come in, please clean your hands with the hand sanitizer provided. You will be asked the Covid-19 screening questions - if you answer 'yes' to any of the questions, you will be asked to re-book for a later date. Massage will proceed as normal with the exception of having to wear a mask at all times. The RMT will be wearing a mask at all times. Cleaning procedures are in keeping with the regulations and recommendations set by Health Canada. Time has been added in between clients to adequately clean and disinfect the clinic after each client. All high-touch surfaces will be cleaned, such as door handles, table tops and light swithces. All linens, including sheets, blankets, towels and headrest covers will be changed after each client. The table, headrest and pillows will all be wiped down with an approved disinfectant. We are doing everything in our power to keep ourselves and our clients safe. |
