I was introduced to massage therapy as part of my treatment following an accident in 2001. I had never had a massage treatment prior to my accident and to be honest, I hated it! But as my sessions continued (I had one massage once a week for 6 months), I grew to enjoy each and every one of them and developed a strong connection with my RMT. I was intrigued by the job and thought that it was something that I would enjoy doing for a living. After pursuing my Bachelor degree a little further, I decided to enroll in the Massage Therapy program at CDI College in Hamilton. After two of the most challenging academic years of my life, I graduated from the program in June 2005 with high standing and completed and passed my provincial exams shortly thereafter.
I have worked in a variety of settings including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Clinics and have learned a lot along the way. I have taken many courses to learn new techniques and continually strive to learn and grow as a practitioner. I love what I do and hope to do it for many years to come! I look forward to meeting and getting to know each and every one of you!

Hello and Welcome to Nest Massage Therapy & Wellness! My name is Laura Sutherland and I'm looking forward to working with you. It was Danielle Evans who introduced me to the benefits of massage; years of wearing steel toed boots on concrete floors took a toll on my low back, but Danielle got me all squared away in no time. Years later, when faced with losing my manufacturing job, it was Danielle who suggested I try a career as a massage therapist, and I couldn't be happier I made that change!
I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario with honors in August of 2019 and began my practice shortly after that. I have worked with clients from all walks - performance athletes to senior citizens, young children to individuals recovering from accidents, and everyone in between. I am excited to meet you and tailor a treatment program to get you back to feeling like yourself!

Hello everyone! I would like to introduce myself; my name is Susan Gillard, Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist. I have studied with Reflexology instructors from Canada, US, UK, Italy, Greece and I am a registered professional member or the RAC - the Reflexology Association of Canada. I have been practising Reflexology for the last 8 1/2 years here in Owen Sound, 7 1/2 of those years across the hall from Danielle and of course she is my go-to Registered Massage Therapist!
My goal with Grey Bruce Reflexology, now located here at Nest Massage Therapy & Wellness, is to continue to provide excellent customer service to current and new clients, while helping to encourage and promote better overall health.
